14-day guarantee
If you begin a workshop or course and decide it isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no complicated hoops to jump through.
How to request a refund
Simply reach out via email or phone with your order details and a brief note about your experience. We process refunds within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for downloadable pattern PDFs or digital materials that have already been accessed or downloaded.
